DETAILS:

4AAF will cover District Committee Chairs and Federation Delegates’ hotel room and meals, based on 2 people per room. Please let us know if anyone needs a room to themselves or to discuss a rate (half of a hotel room) if you will be bringing more than your number of delegates.
